"Tire blew out today while I was driving! It was my first experience dealing with this situation. Bob and his team really gave me peace of mind with the whole process. They helped me pick the best option to get help as quickly as possible. I put in my emergency roadside assistance request and the app kept me in the loop on the ETA of the company sent to help. It took about 45-50 minutes from the time I put in the request to me being back on the road on my way to a tire shop! Considering these companies are usually very busy I felt like the process was very smooth and I was taken care of as quickly as possible. The guy who helped was extremely nice and he made sure my spare was blown up and installed properly. There was no money or charges that was needed to be paid after he finished. The roadside assistance tool on the app was easy to use and I would highly recommend using it if you’re ever in this tough spot. Bob’s team was great to work with in this situation for a first timer! I even got a phone call from Bob himself to make sure everything was going good with the process. Thanks to Bob and his team! Feels great having an insurance agent and team that’s always there ready to help when you need it!"
